We offer Design Build at a new site with the latest designs and equipment. Stability is imbedded in the design. We are planning a breakthrough environment-friendly design approach for power and cooling. 

The Data Centre will have the following:

• redundant infrastructure - cooling, power, stand-by power (fuel for 5 days)
• highest security standards
• service assurance program to enforce standards
• Client owned electrical meters
• UPS feeds (A and B option)
• 3 foot raised floor
• Redundant HVAC units "Precision Air"
• Dual electrical feeds from different power companies
• Multiple Carriers served from different POE's (Points of Entries)
• Floor loading 200 lbs per square foot

MTT broke ground summer '08 with the data centre ready for clients in spring '09.
